CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR (CSC)
 

ABC Estate Planning & Legacy Planning seeks a candidate to fill the Client Services Coordinator position. ABC Estate and Legacy Planning is a growing family-oriented entrepreneurial law firm with a mission of improving the lives of families and small business owners. Our office is in Snellville. However, we serve Spanish and English-speaking clients in various counties throughout Georgia.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

A Client Services Coordinator oversees and manages a portfolio of diverse clients throughout the Metro Atlanta Area.

    

All but not inclusive are:

  • Provide a professional level of service to meet and exceed client expectations and contractual obligations,

  • Maintain consistent communication and constant contact with clients,

  • Ensure an urgent response to client concerns and conditions requiring immediate attention,

  • Maintain access and availability to clients in resolving their needs,

  • Create and maintain necessary documents and reports to facilitate success,

  • Working with management to identify potential new clients, present the company’s product services, and follow, through in the completion of the final stages of the client’s plans, and

  • Assist in marketing efforts.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

​

  • Expert level fluency in writing and communicating in Spanish and English,

  • Possess strong client/customer service experience,

  • Detail oriented with the ability to follow-up with clients,

  • Strong organizational skills,

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,

  • Ability to prioritize situations,

  • Strong time management skills,

  • Ability to make decisions with limited supervision,

  • Work independently and as a member of a team,

  • Collaborate internally and externally throughout all levels of an organization,

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications;

  • Ability to learn the company’s many different software applications,

  • Must be available to work regular work hours and two evenings per month, and

  • Have dependable transportation.
